Ted Nugent Under Investigation After Threatening Remarks

Here we go again yet another example of infringement on an American citizen’s right to free speech.Rocker Ted Nugent is now under investigation by the Secret Service for violent anti-Obama statements he made at an annual National Rifle Association gathering.Ted Nugent was quoted as saying, “I’ll tell you this right now: If Barack Obama becomes the president in November, again, I will either be dead or in jail by this time next year. We need to ride into that battlefield and chop their heads off in November. Any questions?” He was also quoted saying,”If the coyote’s in your living room, pissing on your couch, it’s not the coyote’s fault. It’s your fault for not shooting him.” Ted Nugent may have be an eloquent fellow with his own old country boy logic but he has the right to speak out for his ideals. While I can understand how the Secret Service could misconstrue this as a blatant threat on Obama’s life I would imagine that having the President’s secret service partaking in sexual solicitation in a foreign country would be far more dangerous for the Command and Chief’s lively hood.Thank you Secret Service for representing our country so well.What do you think?
